RESERVATION STATUS: The reservation is GUARANTEED TILL 6 PM of the arrival day. A late arrival accommodation request (after 6 PM) is necessary to make a down payment under the clearing settlement or to specify it to your demand for booking and to confirm a day before arrival in hotel. Otherwise, the Hotel is eligible to cancel the reservation.
CHECK-IN TIME, after 12 noon: Early arrival is based on a space availability basis. Early assured check-in surcharge (from 6 AM up to 12 noon) is 50 % of the room rate.
CHECK-OUT TIME, before 12 noon: Late check-out is a subject to room availability. Extension stay surcharge (from 12 noon up to 9 PM) is 50 % surcharge of the room rate. Check-out after 9 PM is charged as 100 % of the room rate.
PAYMENTS: must be done in local currency according to the Hotel rates. We accept payment via bank transfer, in cash or by credit cards (VISA or Mastercard).According to a credit policy of Hotel, payment is manufactured at arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation must be cancelled by 1 PM (local time) 24 hours prior to arrival day. Late cancellation or no show will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100 % of the room rate.
AIRPORT TRANSFER: If you need a transfer to the Hotel, please, advise us with your flight details. Airport transfer rate is 300 UAH per car for 1-3 pax. Payment of a transfer by cash to the driver it agree the price-list.
